Fun, fun, fun tent cover for a 4 y/o autistic boy! Aug 23, 2010 My husband and I bought this trampoline and tent cover shortly before our son's 4th birthday. Our son has been diagnosed on the autism spectrum ("moderate") and is hyposensitive visually and vestibularly. I have to admit that 3 teenagers put the tent on the trampoline for me, so I do not know how difficult it is to put the tent over the trampoline.
The tent is great for children who are hypo- or hyper-sensitive visually. It blocks out much of the visual external stimuli in the environment and provides a "safe", contained place for children who have sensory issues. My husband and I love it b/c it provides privacy from our neighbors seeing our son or us jumping in the tent.
We had the tent over the trampoline for my son's 4th birthday party. The tent added visual excitement to a functional item (the trampoline). I put kiddie slides (Little Tykes) by both openings to the trampoline to add more fun as the children get in and out of the tent/trampoline. (They use the ladder to climb up and can slide down the small slides when they come out of the tent. Parental supervision is recommended by this mom!)
The only drawback of the tent is that, when it is left on in hot weather (90s F), the top part of the inside gets very hot. This is only a nuisance for adults and taller children who are jumping under it. The tent helps the lower part of the trampoline area remain cool. Overall, my son, my husband, and I are very happy with this product.

Great idea.. if you have a bazoongi trampoline Jul 28, 2010 The net to my children's small 8ft trampoline had disintegrated in the arabian sun and I was having a heckuva time finding a replacement. Till I saw this product and thought it would be perfect for their upcoming birthday party.
Well, the product is alright and looks as described but I think you really need to have a trampoline of the same namesake because this thing baaarely fit over the poles to my children's trampoline. The fabric stopped about a foot short from the springs and mat so.. the kids were good for jumping around but if they fell down they'd have to pick themselves up right quick or risk rolling off haha.

Trampoline Tent Jul 10, 2008 I bought this for my 7-year old son, but my 15-month old daughter enjoys it more. They both are able to play; rain or shine without worry of being drenched or baked. My daughter can play on the trampoline & I don't have to freak out, that she may fall off before I can reach her.
My husband & I assembled & attached it in 15 min. The trampoline was a little more complicated.
The tent is a great idea & investment!

complex Jun 29, 2008 this product is nice, but, you need 4 people to put it together. The fit is extremely tight.
