Safer alternative to full size Jul 01, 2010 This is our second puchase of this item. Our children have enjoyed so much we purchased one for our nieces. The first one was an inside toy for about a year and then has been outside for 18 months and the electronics still work. It is also constructed pretty well. Other than the skirt around the bottom falling off and some fading plastic it is in great shape. Assembly is moderately difficult (I've done much worse).
Great fun! Jun 18, 2010 After reading the problems people had putting this together, I hesitated to buy it but decided to anyway... wasn't the easiest thing to put together and I did it myself while my 2 year old daughter watched (and helped). Took me 3 full episodes of The Backyardigans to assemble (about an hour and a half) and woulda been faster and easier if I used my own ratchet set instead of the cumbersome spanner that came with it, but my tools are all packed in the garage somewhere (we're moving) so I had to use the spanner thing. The hardest part was threading the bungee cord through and around the trampoline, but I did it like I used to lace my hockey skates up - going back every few eyelets and tightening it up - once I got the rhythm down it was a piece of cake. My Daughter loves to bounce on this thing! It counts the number of times she jumps and encourages her to do more, it quacks, boings and makes all kinds of sounds and stuff and she has a lot of fun with it. I seems to be made of good quality stuff and looks like it will last a good amount of time. The handles are great and the trampoline looks safe and sturdy. 5 Stars!

Jumpin Fun! Jun 15, 2010 We bought this for our daughter's 2nd birthday. We didn't get it together in time for the party and that was probably a good thing because every kid at the party would have wanted to get on it. I would recommend you have an extra set of hands to put this thing together. Especially the bungee part. We get so much entertainment from watching our 2 year old jump. She knows just what to do with the sounds and holds the handle bars. It is bulky and hard to stash out of the way but anyone with kids knows most toys are never really out of the way. Don't let the 3 year age deter you from buying. Our 2 year old loves it and it's been money well spent since she loves it so much.
Jumping for Joy Jun 14, 2010 I origninally purchased the JumpSmart Trampoline for my granddaughter who has had it for 2 years and still uses it and loves it. So, now when my grandson's second birthday rolled around, I knew it was a wise choice. Kids love it! It is safe because they hold onto the handlebars. It helps them learn to count while they get great exercise.
Jump Smart is very durable. It doesn't take up much space and is always a favorite of the toddler group, or anyone under 80 pounds.
Assembly is not difficult but does take a half hour or more, and is easier if you have your own tools as the wrench provided is not the best; although it is functional if you have nothing else.
I highly recommend this product.
Best Toy Ever! Jun 14, 2010 I bought this trampoline for my 2 1/2 year old son. While it was somewhat difficult and time-consuming to assemble, it was well worth it. Probably the most consistently used toy in our home. Seems very safe and sturdy, and the music and counting mechanism on ours works perfectly. Son has mild sensory issues and this is great therapy for that as well. Couldn't be more pleased!
