 Poor Quality Oct 08, 2009
For $[...] I expected much better quality. The thing fell apart after just over a year.
Could be better for the price Sep 11, 2008
I bought this for my girls, ages 8 and 4, for Christmas. When I put it together, the screw for the clock hands was so loose, they could not set the time. It kept hanging down no matter what we tried. Also, my oldest tried to go through the side opening and the fabric tore. It also takes up a TON of space. I don't think I would buy another one.

This is a great product! My 10 year old sister received it for Christmas and loves it! It's big enough for me and her in it, and it acts like a little home. The only thing bad about it is that it took a long time to setup, but all the good outweighs the bad. Even her friends love it. She also gets to write on the chalkboard. She loves putting on puppet shows for us. It's a great buy, especially on Amazon because it is not sold out and it is for $100+ less.

Started to break after only a couple days Jan 10, 2007
This playhouse was fairly easy to assemble (though it was missing an important screw) and I like the overall design.
However, the shelf on the front of the playhouse became detached on one end (unrelated to the missing screw) after only a couple days of assembling it and the kids weren't putting any unusual pressure on it.

I would not purchase this item from Imagine the Challenge as they are lacking in customer service. In response to my inquiry they told me to read the fine print on their website. I asked for them to show me where on their website to look for this fine print and the response was that it was there somewhere. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this seller, as my money is well off being spent and entrusted in the product of another seller. Hope this saves someone a headache and time. As I have wasted way too much time on the phone with this company without any product to show for it.
